Returns & Warranty

  • If the product you have received isn’t what you wanted or expected then email us right away (within 1wk!) so that we can arrange an exchange or a refund. We will email you full details for returning your order to us.

    Just make sure you haven’t used the product at all because if there are any scuff marks or damage then we can’t accept it back so double-check your part before you go-ahead and use it!

  • If you haven’t used your product at all and it is in “As New” condition then there should be no problem at all to arrange a return for a full refund.

    You need to contact us within a week of receiving your order to request a return and refund.

  • We can’t cover you for wear and tear of your scooter parts or if your part is fitted incorrectly (not by us!).

    But if you think you have received a faulty product then phone or email us right away so we can arrange to get it returned to Root Industries and request a Warranty Claim.

  • Sure thing! As long as you haven’t used it at all and it’s in “As New” condition. Give us a shout anyway because we might be able to help you out with what you need.
