If you product is available from our Mount Maunganui base then we will get that to you right away! Either collect or we’ll send it in a CourierPost bag which should get to you overnight or within a couple of days.

Some products say that there is a 2wk delivery lead time. This means the product needs to be ordered in from Root Industries in Australia. This is the case for products that are super specialised or products that are super popular and we are just waiting on my stock.

You can choose to collect your order directly from us or arrange to meet at a local skatepark sometime. Otherwise, for sending your order by CourierPost we charge a flat $5 fee for small orders or $15 for large parts eg. bars, decks and the trampoline scooter.

Most of our very popular parts are available right away so we can get them to you the next day or within 2 working days if we are sending by CourierPost.

For specialised products that we don’t have in stock, these will have to be ordered in especially so will take up to 2wks to get to you.

However, we have a good stock of demo gear available and can set you up with a loaner part until yours arrives.
